Polycarbonate multiwall Sheets Production Line (Hallow sheet)
By using new technology, production of multiwall polycarbonate sheets is done in this line. Polycarbonate sheets have high transparency and thermal properties and high mechanical properties, which can be about 75 times stronger than glass equivalent thickness.
These sheets can be used in ceilings and walls of saloons, large public places, niches , interior spaces of buildings, domes, lighting, , wall and ceiling of pools, pedestrian bridges , Greenhouses and etc
Multiwall-polycarbonate sheets are produced in various colors with thicknesses of 4, 6, 8, 10mm(double wall), 16 and 20 mm(triple wall) and with standard dimensions of 6 * 2.1 m, which is capable of producing in desired customer lengths.
During production of sheets, the quality control unit carefully checks the products properties.
.polycarbonate Flat sheets Production Line:
PMMA, polycarbonate flat and GPPS are produced.by another production line. Polymethyl methacrylate or PMMA and polycarbonate sheets are lightweight, about half a glass weighing, have excellent optical properties and have a high degree of transparency of 86% (which is about 92% for PMMA sheets). The sheets also have dimensional stability and mechanical strength and a very high impact, with a 5x acrylic sheet strength and a polycarbonate sheet 250 times the same thickness resistance of a glass cartridge. It has the ability to print, , cut, laser engraving and also laser cutters. At room temperature, there is a relatively good resistance to organic acids and dilute games, and oxidizing and acidifying agents, acidic and neutral salts, animal and vegetable oils, and aromatic and aromatic organic hydrocarbons and detergents. Due to the country’s earthquake, these sheets are a good alternative to glass, which has a good impact resistance, which makes them more and more applicable in the construction industry. The main uses of these sheets are roof coverings of huge buildings and buildings, such as factories and sports stadiums, greenhouses, outdoor lighting, safety hats, advertising boards and interior decoration
ABS sheet production line
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) is a thermoplastic industrial product with many uses, such as home appliances, auto parts, refrigeration and hygiene products, communication, electrical, and office equipment. During the production of the ABS extrusion sheet, all the parameters and factors affecting the production and adjustment of sheet quality are continuously controlled. After production, the sheet is stored under a quality control unit and is packaged according to the standards specified for each type of thermoplastics. It will eventually be deposited or sent to the customer. In the same way, HIPS sheets are also produced in this line, which is mainly used in the same industries as ABS sheets. These sheets are produced in a variety of colors and plain and embossed.
Polycarbonate profile production line
Due to the increasing use of polycarbonate and acrylic sheets and the use of these instead of glass, the production line for polycarbonate profiles was launched in 2007. Installation of PMMA and PC sheets requires a set of fittings. The products are mainly metal, but products can be substituted by polycarbonate profiles.
Thermoforming part department:
In Thermoforming, according to the type and dimensions of the requested product, a variety of sheets of PC, HIPS, ABS and PMMA are thermoformed in the shapes and molds desired. Temperature and time for each product are two major factors affected on the quality of final product.,
Cutting department:
Noavaran Aida plastic Co equipped with a CNC cutting machine that can cut sheets in different shapes for customers, as well as standard samples for testing the laboratory unit as well as the company’s diverse sheet quality with this machine.
. Laboratory:
laboratory unit of this company is equipped with the most advanced devices used to test the raw materials at the factory entering time and testing the final products before sent to customers. common tests on final products are tensile strength, torsion and compression strength. Impact resistance, moisture, hardness, shrinkage of the product, color matching based on lab color space by spectrophotometer. Due to the warranty of polycarbonate sheets against UV- rays. measuring the thickness of coextruded UV resistant layer, performing a simulation test ,is one the most important tests in this Lab.
